Vincent Lambert, 26 year old photographer. Curious about our world and its inner mechanisms, I studied history for three years, at Nancy 2 then Paris IV – La Sorbonne University, after a bac scientifique (scientific A-level). Alongside, the pictural world has always fascinated me, by the inherent depth of this product of mankind that hide its own feint superficiality. I performed my first photographic report on the occasion of a relief mission in Afghanistan in 2003, which drive me to understand that a picture exceeds its creator as well as its referent, its subject. Having its own life, it continues to evolve within time, as significant. Actually, photography works as an imperfect canal, constraining and restraining the chaos of which is, while amplifying some of its movements.
This inertia created by subjectivity achieved to attract me, and I subsequently ran a photography course at the Institut Supérieur National de l'Artisanat in Metz, where I successfully passed CAP, BTM then BMS (brevet de maîtrise supérieur) option Prise de Vue on, in 2007.
I meanwhile did several training periods, from black and white professional darkrooms to advertising photography, as well as portrait, wedding or event photography. Afterwards, I worked for a year at Hadet in Saint Dié des Vosges, a specialist in wedding photography, where I also use a minilab.
At present, I'm in search of a job, for I desire to perfect my ability to fulfill the expectations of the professionnals.
As an auto-entrepreneur, I can shoot in situ, as far as I do not own a studio. Business or private, don't hesitate to ask me for an estimate for any event, portrait, wedding...
